As per the  Government of British Columbia’s  Phase 3 Restart Plan (July 1- Present), we have made some changes to our COVID-19 safety plan as follows:  

Shopping Hours will remain reduced as follows:

Monday – Saturday: 10am – 6pm*
Sunday: 11am – 6pm*

Our shopping hours remain reduced due to our retailers challenges in hiring the staff they need to extend hours further. Our hours are subject to change, and we will extend them as soon as we can. We will update our Shopping Hours as they change.
*Please note that some of our tenants hours are different from the Centre hours. Please always confirm directly with them, or check our retail directory to confirm 

Overview of the changes that may affect shopping at Cottonwood:

• Masks are once again mandatory to visit Cottonwood
• You will not be required to show proof of vaccination to shop at Cottonwood
• Our Food Court is back to “normal”, and all tables have been opened
• Soft seating areas have been replaced throughout the shopping centre
• Some retail stores may still have queuing, sanitization or vaccination requirements to shop in their store
• Sanitization stations remain at each entrance
