Thank you for your interest in the Cottonwood Specialty Leasing Program. In order to be considered for our programs, please:
- Complete the Specialty Leasing Application Form.
- Attach photographs of your merchandise and previous/current MRU/Kiosk setups to the form
- Attach some examples of your marketing materials if applicable
What we look for in a MRU/Kiosk retail concept:
- New, innovative uses that enhance the existing Cottonwood retailer mix
- Successful experience in retail, and a proven sales record
- Unique and professional merchandising that showcases your product mix
