Reducing our environmental footprint

Cottonwood Centre has taken action to reduce our carbon footprint and we aim to continually improve our practices. To date, we have successfully reduced our energy usage through several sustainable strategies. Our efforts have been recognized by BOMA BC (Building Owners and Managers Association of British Columbia) and we received BOMA BEST Gold certification in 2023.

In addition to energy reduction and recycling, we feature 21 electric vehicle charging stations, so people can charge up for their journey.
